Butter truffles

The lovely people at the Hull Delivery Coop deliver our products for us and they cover HU1 to HU10 as well as Cottingham and Hessle. There is a £10 minimum order amount and a delivery charge of £2.50 which we subsidise to make this as affordable as possible for our customers.

Hull Delivery Coop are unable to provide a specific delivery time. If requested, they may be able to advise whether your delivery is likely to arrive in the morning or afternoon. 

If there is no answer when they arrive, they'll leave your items in the safe location you requested (if applicable) or will try to contact you on the number you provide with your order. If you do not answer they will leave your order in the safest location possible and pop a card through your door to let you know where it is. As a small business, they are not able to attempt redelivery at a later time or date. Neither we, nor them, can be held liable for items which are lost or damaged after delivery.

Please ensure you select postage as your delivery method at checkout. Postage costs start from £3.95 and all items are posted via the Royal Mail.

We aim to post your items within two working days of receiving your order although it may take a little longer at busier periods. We make every effort to package our products in such a way that they arrive with you in the best condition possible but please note that chocolates are likely to move position slightly in their boxes during transit to you. In the unlikely event that there's an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours.

Collections are from Trinity Market and our opening hours are 10am to 3pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
