The chocolate man, chocolate Jon, (and my personal favourite) the brownie wizard...these are some of the things I'm affectionately known as!

My actual, less exciting name, is Jon Collins and I'm the 

head chocolatier/baker and owner of Cocoa. I'm also OBSESSED with food and have been working in catering for 24 years,

Cocoa started its life in Trinity Indoor Market at the beginning of 2015 with the vision of bringing something a bit different to Hull - proper artisan produce made from scratch and with fantastic ingredients.

Alongside our handmade chocolates we create an ever changing selection of cakes and savouries and  we serve independent, locally roasted coffee.
