    Champagne Truffle

    INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cocoa butter, cream (milk), whole milk powder, Marc de Champagne liquor (alcohol), cocoa mass, skimmed milk powder, glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.

    Minimum 80g.

    St. Remy Brandy

    INGREDIENTS: Milk Chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), double cream (milk), glucose syrup, St. Remy Brandy (matured wine spirit, purified water, sugar, colouring caramel: E150a), yellow cocoa butter (safflower, lemon), white cocoa butter (colour: E171), black cocoa butter (colours: E524, E501i, E172).

    Cardamom Gin

    INGREDIENTS: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), soya milk (soya beans, water, apple extract, potassium phosphates, sea salt, gellan gum), cardamom gin (ethanol, juniper berries, green cardamom, coriander seeds, gentian root, orris root), glucose syrup, white cocoa butter (colour: E171).

    Vanilla Sea Salt

    INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cream (milk), glucose syrup, butter (milk), cocoa butter, full milk powder, cocoa paste Tanzania, salt, emulsifier (soya lecithin), colouring agent yellow: E104, Carrageen: E407, colouring agent blue: E133, fructose syrup, glycerine: E422, natural vanilla, caramel, natural vanilla flavour, emulsifier (soya lecithin).

    Bailey's Truffle

    INGREDIENTS: Sugar, cocoa butter, cream (milk), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, Irish cream alcohol (contains milk), glucose fructose syrup, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring.

    Raspberry

    INGREDIENTS: Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), double cream (milk), raspberry purée (raspberry purée, sugar), glucose syrup, green cocoa butter (concentrate safflower, spirulina), red cocoa butter (colours: E129, E102).

    Orange Crème

    INGREDIENTS: Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), orange paste (saccharose orange, water, modified corn starch, E1422, E160A, E120, orange oil, E330, potassium sorbate: E202), orange cocoa butter (colours: concentrate safflower, lemon, radish, apple, blackcurrant).

    Orange Blossom
