Caramelised White Chocolate Ganache Egg

A hand-decorated chocolate egg, formed in milk chocolate and filled with a luxuriously caramelised white chocolate ganache.

Encased between two layers of smooth milk chocolate shell, the centre is soft and flowing — reminiscent of our signature bon bons — finished with a delicate biscuit and sea salt crunch for contrast.

Crack it open to reveal a centre crafted for slow indulgence.

Due to the nature of the fresh ganache filling, once opened each half should be enjoyed within 48 hours.
